Ingredients

• 45ml Calle 23 Reposado Tequila

• 25ml Marionette Orange Curaçao

• 20ml fresh lime juice

• 15ml fresh orange juice

• 5ml agave syrup (optional for extra roundness)

• Ice

• Orange wheel or dehydrated orange, to garnish

• Salt rim (optional)

Method

1. Add tequila, curaçao, lime juice, orange juice and agave syrup to a shaker.

2. Fill with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds.

3. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass (salt rim optional).

4. Garnish with an orange wheel for that glowing "sunset" finish.
