LIMITED RELEASE — MASTERFULLY BLENDED STILL-STRENGTH BLANCO
Cascahuin Destino Blanco Tequila is an extraordinary, limited-edition release celebrating the distillery’s 70 years of craftsmanship in El Arenal, Jalisco. Destino is not your typical blanco — it’s a masterfully blended expression combining six distinct blanco tequilas, each crafted using variations in cooking, extraction, fermentation, and distillation.
At its core is 100% Blue Weber agave grown at Cascahuin’s own estate at Cerro del Cascahuín, with every stage of production carefully designed to showcase the purity, complexity, and full character of the agave.
Unlike most blancos, Destino is blended from tequilas made with both tahona and roller mill extraction, fermented in both wooden vats and stainless steel tanks and cement tubs, and distilled in both copper and stainless steel pot stills. The result? A layered, vibrant, and highly expressive tequila bottled at an assertive 49% ABV (still strength), unfiltered to preserve every nuance.
The stunning label, designed by Mexican artist Mauricio Lara, tells the visual story of Cascahuin’s evolution across three generations — from its founding to its future.
Note: Only the label differes, it is all the same tequila in the bottle.
Nose:
Roasted agave, cooked citrus peel, honeyed lime, wet stone minerality, white pepper, light herbal notes.
Palate:
Rich and full-bodied — sweet agave up front, layered with green peppercorn, floral citrus, sea salt, and an elegant earthy backbone. Balanced heat with impressive texture and minerality.
Finish:
Long, crisp, and clean. Lingering sweet agave with peppery spice, soft vegetal notes, and refreshing salinity.
