Description

Cascahuín 55-25 is a special limited-edition añejo tequila released by the Cascahuín distillery to celebrate its 70th anniversary. The name "55-25" represents a duality: the number 55 symbolizes the harmony between traditional methods and innovation, while 25 refers to the 25 years that passed between the first traditional añejo that was released in 1999 and this 2024 release, signifying the maturity of the brand.
 
This year’s Cascahuin Special Release is a beautifully silky, buttery Añejo crafted from a blend of 90% ex-sherry cask richness and 10% of the Plata 48 we all know and love, rested in American oak. The result is a limited, full-flavoured expression that balances decadent sherry warmth with Cascahuin’s signature clean agave character - an absolute standout for collectors and true aficionados.
